Climate

Overview
Fìkh Hiz Sekh was founded durring the late 15th century in summer of the year 1378, by Falcocelis Èqthêv Èdshê. The establishment of the new community went well, though many minor issues had to be solved as time went on. This was enough to delay construction and push back the formal opening ceramony, leading to some embarisment for Falcocelis Èqthêv Èdshê.
Fìkh Hiz Sekh was built using the conventions of Constructi durring the late 15th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Fìkh Hiz Sekh is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature waddle and daub construction with good timber frames and a stone foundation protected by thatched or shingled rooves. Most buildings with second floors are built in such a way as to overhang into the streets on the upper floors for more space, as building size seems to be the primary indicator of wealth within the community. Most buildings are not decorated with any integral features, but instead use ivy, flowers, and other natural elements in planters of on trellices to breathe life into the structure they grow upon.
Fìkh Hiz Sekh is is constructed arround a series of spacious cobblestone mainstreets which form concentric circles, with smaller strait roads linking the circiles to each other at varrious points. The town emploies a series of defencive earthworks, spikes, and fences to provide some protection against wild beasts and smaller groups of intelegent foes. The minimaly adiquite have not been wellmaintained over the years, and while functional are in dire need of some loving care and perhapse light renovation.
A look around Fìkh Hiz Sekh has something terribly wrong with it. It’s impossible to put one’s finger on, but something is horribly wrong. Maybe it’s the way fog blankets the ground, but only in the connors of places. Maybe it’s the vermin scutteling between shadows in the corner of your eyes. Perhaps it’s the overcast sky which seemed to creep out of nowhere, or the distant howling of wolves. Maybe it’s all of those things together, or perhaps it's the way these elements combine with the abundance of schools, libraries, and other academic structures. Locals can be overheard having academic discussions, as well as talking about scholarly subjects in general. It’s quite clear the town places a lot of value on education and being a learned individual. Regardless, you do not feel it would be wise to remain in Fìkh Hiz Sekh long.
Civic Infrastructure
Fìkh Hiz Sekh has an Office of Civil Vicary, which is responsible for providing a livelyhood for all officialy recognised religious figures within Fìkh Hiz Sekh.

Fìkh Hiz Sekh has a monistary of an order of Civil Monks, who provide divine-related services to the general public and maintain Fìkh Hiz Sekh's public wards, blessings, and other arcane systems.
Fìkh Hiz Sekh possesses an older civil lighting system consisting of street lamps. These lights provide nighttime illumination to most city streets.
Fìkh Hiz Sekh has a Parks and Recreation Department, which is responsible for the construction, management, and usage rights for all of its parks and parklands.
Fìkh Hiz Sekh has a Guild of Roadworkers, who are responsible for maintaining the roadways and public paths within town. They also have the duty of enforcing all civil laws relating to the roadways.
Fìkh Hiz Sekh has a public schooling program overseen by the Hall of Sages who has the responsibility of ensuring access to affordable high-quality education in all basic classes (Reading, Writing, Mathmatics, General Sciences, General Arcana, and Social Education) is made available to all citizens.
Cultural Notes
Fìkh Hiz Sekh is led by one or more incompetents. While they must have been very good at something to have acquired the position, they are fundamentally incapable of leading. Uncontrolled passions or lusts, commitment to a hopelessly impractical ideal, pigheaded obstinacy in the face of failure, a total lack of charisma or interpersonal skills, or profound laziness might all unfit them for their post.
Fìkh Hiz Sekh's bank was built using a different architectural style from the rest of the town. The style used is admittedly strange and non-linear style rooted in defiance of symmetrical shapes. It championed the creation of buildings with a unique visual appearance. the structural norms of classic buildings and deforms or moves away from elementary architectural principles. By including non-linear designs processed into its buildings and favoring fragmentation, this style expressed a form of controlled chaos. Its buildings appear out-of-the-ordinary, draw the eye in immediately and sometimes create a feeling of strangeness. These distorted shapes and structure are not reserved to the building’s outer facade, they destabilize interior elements too, favoring minimalism and play on people’s perceptions by injecting a futuristic touch.
